BDCA4; CD304; NP1; NRP; VEGF165R
>90% by SDS-PAGE gel and Coomassie Blue staining
Antigens, Western, ELISA and other in vitro binding or in vivo functional assays, and protein-protein interaction studies; For research & development use only!
Purified protein formulated in a sterile solution of PBS buffer, pH7.2, without any preservatives
Endotoxin level is < 0.1 ng/µg of protein (<1EU /µg)
The soluble isoform 2 binds VEGF-165 and appears to inhibit its binding to cells. It may also induce apoptosis by sequestering VEGF-165. May bind as well various members of the semaphorin family. Its expression has an averse effect on blood vessel number and integrity. [UniProtKB/Swiss-Prot Function]
